I receive notification of your order on my personal phone immediately after payment has been made and I’ll reach out with a personal email so you know I received your order.
I’ll send you a tracking number as soon as the shipment has been generated – usually within an hour of the sale – but sometimes longer depending on where I am and what I’m doing.
I ship for free anywhere inside the US with USPS Priority Mail 2 Day so you should receive your package quickly.
In the meantime, try not to operate the window. Operating a window with one broken clip can break the other clip. If your other clip DOES break, I happily provide a nice discount to returning customers.
